Chelsie Castro

Chelsie Castro is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for the West Region at Associa since March 2018, Chelsie has previously held roles including Regional Human Resources Manager for Southern California and Human Resources Manager, focusing on resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations related to workplace concerns. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist at Verve, where Chelsie coordinated in-house recruiting and implemented new applicant tracking systems across multiple offices. Additionally, experience as a Staffing Manager at PEAK Technical Staffing USA involved recruiting talented engineers for diverse industries such as transportation, defense, and telecommunications. Chelsie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Justice Studies and a Bachelor's in Sociology from California State University San Marcos.
