Colleen Burnsed

Colleen Burnsed is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Salesforce management and client services. Currently serving as the Director of Salesforce at Associa since September 2015, Colleen focuses on providing exceptional management and lifestyle services to communities globally. Prior to this role, Colleen worked as a Solutions Consultant at Apto, where a scalable CRM for commercial real estate was developed. Previous experience includes serving as a Support Project Manager and Salesforce Administrator at Bridgeway Software, leading client migration projects, and roles in customer service and sales at the Houston Texans, Wells Fargo, and Best Buy. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston Downtown and has additional education from the University of Houston.
