Erica Horndasch

Erica Horndasch has a diverse work experience in various roles within the business development and management fields. Erica worked as the Vice President of Business Development for Associa starting in 2014, where they played a key role in establishing new partnerships with community associations in Illinois. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at Associa Chicagoland, where they were responsible for procuring new partnerships and providing customer service to condominium, townhome, and homeowner associations.

Before their time at Associa, Erica worked as the Director of Client Services at Fullett Rosenlund Anderson PC, where they identified client needs and supported attorneys in meeting those needs through developing new programs and enhancing services. Erica also served as the President of the Community Associations Institute chapter, where they focused on providing education, networking events, and legislative support to members.

Further back in their career, Erica held positions such as President of the Liberty Lakes Homeowner's Association, where they worked closely with the board and residents to establish association goals, and Director of Business Development at J. Hershey Architecture.

Additionally, Erica has experience working as a Community Manager at Wentworth Property Management and as a Supervisor at Legum & Norman Midwest, where they managed operations, portfolios, and day-to-day activities of multiple community associations.

Erica'swork experience also includes a previous role as a Property Manager at McGill Management.

Erica Horndasch attended Harper College from 1994 to 1996 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Erica received their high school diploma in General studies from Palatine High School in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Stevenson High School from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Erica has obtained several certifications including a Licensed Community Manager certification from the State of Illinois in 2015, an Association Management Specialist certification from the Community Associations Institute in 2007, and multiple Certified Manager of Community Associations certifications from the Community Associations Institute and CAMICB between 2004 and 2005.
