Erica Horndasch has a diverse work experience in various roles within the business development and management fields. Erica worked as the Vice President of Business Development for Associa starting in 2014, where they played a key role in establishing new partnerships with community associations in Illinois. Erica received their high school diploma in General studies from Palatine High School in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Stevenson High School from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Erica has obtained several certifications including a Licensed Community Manager certification from the State of Illinois in 2015, an Association Management Specialist certification from the Community Associations Institute in 2007, and multiple Certified Manager of Community Associations certifications from the Community Associations Institute and CAMICB between 2004 and 2005.
