Idella Perea

Idella Perea has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Vice President of HR Shared Services at Associa since April 2010, following a role as Senior Director of Payroll/HRIS. Prior to this, Idella worked as Payroll Manager at Centex Homes from 2008 until July 2010 and held the same position at CompUSA from 2000 to 2008.
