Kevin Potter

Kevin Potter has a diverse work experience in business development, developer relations, community association management, and department supervision. Kevin most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development and Developer Relations at Associa, where they have been employed since 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Business Development at Associa from 2020 to 2022. Kevin also worked as a Lead Community Association Manager for new development projects at Associa from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Associa, Kevin worked as a Community Association Manager at Lyons Property Management, LLC from 2017 to 2018. Kevin'searlier experience includes serving as a Department Supervisor at The Home Depot from 2014 to 2017.

Kevin Potter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix (2017-2019) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Oregon University (2019-2022). Kevin also obtained the Association Management Specialist certification from the Community Associations Institute in March 2020.
