Victoria Kelly

Victoria Kelly is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Talent and Recruitment Manager at Associated British Ports since August 2022, Victoria previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group from September 2018 to August 2022, and at Hermes from January 2015 to August 2018. Earlier in the career, Victoria worked as a Recruitment Delivery Consultant at 4it Recruitment Ltd and as a Recruitment Account Manager at InterQuest Group - IQ Retail. Victoria holds a BA (Hons) in Business with Human Resource Management from Northumbria University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
