Maria Larsen

Maria Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Maria started their career as a Personaleadministrativ medarbejder at Magasin du Nord in 2002, where they were responsible for various personnel administration tasks. Maria then worked as an Underviser at Hvidovre Kommune from 2009 to 2011. Following that, Maria joined Københavns Kommune as a Konsulent, focusing on personnel administration and the management of personnel legal documents.

In 2015, Maria returned to Hvidovre Kommune, this time as a Koordinator, overseeing workforce management and performing administrative duties. Maria later joined SAND Copenhagen in 2019 as a Human Resources Payroll Manager, where they had overall responsibility for payroll administration and HR-related tasks across multiple countries.

Maria'snext role was as an HR Manager at Gebr. Heinemann Retail Danmark, where their responsibilities included HR management, strategic leadership of HR activities, and acting as a Trusted Advisor for the CEO.

Currently, Maria Larsen is working as the Head of HR and Payroll at DEKRA Danmark, where they are responsible for leading HR and payroll operations.

Maria Larsen's education history is as follows:

Maria Larsen attended Copenhagen Business School in 2021, where they received a degree in Persondataspecialist with a specialization in GDPR. Maria also attended Copenhagen Business School in the same year and obtained a degree in GDPR koordinator, focusing on GDPR.

In 2019, Maria attended KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi and completed a degree in Human ressource management. Maria'sfield of study in this program was HR-/personaleadministration generelt. Additionally, they completed a course on Organisationsudvikling i et HR-perspektiv and another one on personalejura and rekruttering, both within the field of HR-/personaleadministration generelt.

Maria also attended DISPUK in 2018-2019, where they obtained a degree as a Narrative Coach, specializing in coaching.

Prior to that, in 2017-2018, Maria Larsen attended University College of Northern Denmark and acquired a degree in Professionel relationskompetence. The specific field of study for this program is unknown.

In 2016-2017, they completed a Diplommodul i kommunikation at Københavns Professionshøjskole.

In 2015-2016, Maria underwent a Supervisoruddannelse - Kollegial Sparring og Supervision at HumanVision v. Psykolog Erik Svarre.
