Devleena S. has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Devleena began their career as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Wipro Spectramind in 2000, where they played a key role in establishing HR and recruitment systems. After that, they worked at IBM Daksh Kolkata as the Head of Resourcing. In 2007, they joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Manager Human Resource, responsible for various corporate functions. Devleena then joined Zoom Entertainment Ltd as the Head of Human Resources for the subsidiary company, overseeing HR functions for two channels. In 2010, they joined Viacom 18 Media Private Limited as the Head of Human Resources for Colors, the leading GEC channel. Devleena also worked with TV Today Network as the Head Human Resources for the entire group. In 2014, they were promoted to Chief of Staff at Culture Machine Media Pvt. Ltd & Rainshine Entertainment Pvt. Ltd after their acquisition. In 2019, Devleena founded and became the Director of LEAN People Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, offering holistic HR solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt Ltd (TV9) since 2022.
Devleena S. holds a Masters in Industrial Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Psychology Honours from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, Devleena has obtained the certification of Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP) Level 1 & 2 from OKR International in 2022.
