Sivananda L began their work experience in 2005 at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd., where they served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounts until July 2019. In July 2019, Sivananda L joined Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt Ltd (TV9) as the Chief Financial Officer.

Sivananda L has a degree in Chartered Accountancy from the CA Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Satavahana College. Additionally, Sivananda L completed their high school education at SKPVV HH School in Vijayawada.
