Patrick Scarpati

Patrick Scarpati serves as the Director of Construction Technology and Innovation at Associated Builders and Contractors since July 2023. Previously held roles include Virtual Design and Construction Manager and Engineer at Harkins Builders, Inc. from April 2019 to July 2023, and held several positions with ABC Chesapeake Shores Chapter, including Board Member and Trustee for the CCEAT Trust Committee from March 2016 to July 2023. Notable earlier experiences include working as a BIM Coordinator at Rommel Construction and as a Project Lead Merchandiser at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Patrick Scarpati also gained foundational skills in system integration and assembly through multiple roles at Logical Systems, Inc. and began a coaching role with Manchester Valley High School's JV Boys Basketball team. Educational credentials include an HVAC-R Journeyman certification from Associated Builders and Contractors and coursework at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Villa Julie College.
