Michelle Coffey

Michelle Coffey has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Recruiting fields since 2003. Michelle began their career as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for Bear Spot Farm in 2003, where they built and managed a customer database and handled all accounting and organizational aspects. In 2004, they took on a Payroll Processing Specialist role at Fidelity Investments, where they worked with teams on projects to identify issues within client databases, processed payrolls, and interacted with third parties to implement legal orders. In 2006, they joined Oxford Global Resources as a Corporate Staff Recruiter and then moved to Oxford Global Resources, Inc in 2008 as a Sr. Corporate Staff Recruiter. In this role, they handled all aspects of hiring and employment within territory and international offices, supervised a team of recruiters, and corresponded with courts and third parties. Most recently, Michelle has been the Director of People Operations & Recruiting and People Operations Leader at Associated Environmental Systems since 2015. Michelle has been responsible for designing and manufacturing standard and customized environmental test chambers and providing customer service to many different industries.

Michelle Coffey attended Fitchburg State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.S in Business Administration and Management.
