Allison Rinker

Allison Rinker, MPS, PHR, serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore since May 2001, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management on organizational design and overseeing employee relations to ensure excellent customer service from the HR team. Previously held roles include Vice President of Human Resources, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Assistant Director of Human Resources, demonstrating a progression in HR leadership and management. Earlier experience includes a position as Customer Service/Personnel Manager at Staples. Allison Rinker holds a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Towson University, complemented by a high school diploma from Notre Dame Prep.
