Mary Haar

Vice President, Community Planning & Allocations at The Associated

Mary Haar has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Mary started their career as a Campaign Associate at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore in 2005 and worked their way up to various positions including IMPACT Director/ Senior Associate, Women's Department, Director of Israel and Overseas, Assistant Vice President of Community Planning, and currently serves as the Vice President of Community Planning & Allocations. Additionally, they have also worked as a Rosh Hodesh Facilitator at The Jewish Big Brother Big Sister League from 2004 to 2009.

Mary Haar earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University from 1999 to 2002. Mary then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Management and Community Organizing at the University of Maryland Baltimore from 2003 to 2005. Later, they completed their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School between 2008 and 2011.
