Caroline Chen

Caroline Chen has a diverse work experience in marketing, with their most recent position being Vice President of Marketing at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Marketing at Voiceflow, a leading platform for conversational AI design, from 2020 to 2022. Before Voiceflow, Caroline held the position of VP of Marketing & Customer Experience at Movius from 2018 to 2020, and Director of Marketing from 2017 to 2018. Caroline also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Senior Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager at Topgolf from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Caroline worked as a Digital Strategist at Lambert in 2012, and started their professional career as a Marketing & Sales Intern at ReachLocal in 2011.

Caroline Chen obtained a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from Louisiana State University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Later on, they pursued higher education at Southern Methodist University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from 2009 to 2011.
