Michelle Russell

Michelle Russell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Michelle began their career at DoubleTree by Hilton as a Restaurant Supervisor from 1992 to 1996. Michelle then joined Hyatt Regency Cambridge, where they worked as a Catering/Convention Services Manager from 1996 to 1998 and later as a Sales Manager from 1998 to 1999. Michelle then joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation and held various roles, including Director of National Sales from 1999 to 2007 and Director of Account Development/Strategic Accounts from 2007 to 2017. In 2017, they joined HPN Global as Vice President, Global Accounts for a brief period. Currently, Michelle is working at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) as the Director of Global Sales & Business Development since January 2020, following their previous role as Director of Global Sales from 2019.

Michelle Russell attended Malden High School from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained their GED. Following that, they pursued their degree in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their studies from 1990 to 1992.
