Chad Schorr has an extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Chad began their career in 1999 at Sapient, where they worked as an Engineer and Senior Engineer, leading development teams and managing large software projects. During this time, they specialized in middle-tier and database technologies and played a key role in building an online energy trading application. In 2003, Chad joined The Associated Press as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of the "eAP" initiative, which transformed the company into a digital multimedia cooperative. Chad later progressed to roles such as Manager, Program Management, and Director, Hosted Applications, where they managed software development teams and delivered innovative solutions for AP's customers. In 2006, Chad became the Software Development Director, responsible for evolving the AP's software delivery practice and successfully implementing a new web platform. Chad later advanced to the position of Senior Director Software Development. Additionally, Chad has served as a Technical Mentor at NYU Stern School of Business, a member of the Cybersecurity Advisory Board at Pace University, and an Advisory Board Member for the Cybersecurity Certificate Program at Rutgers University.
