Douglas Glass has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as the Editor of the Climate Team at The Associated Press since 1997, while also holding the position of Upper Midwest news editor. In this role, Douglas leads coverage for Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota, overseeing reporting, writing, editing, and maintaining relationships with members. Prior to this, Douglas worked at The Associated Press from 1992 to 1997 as a newsman, business writer, and supervisor, where responsibilities included launching a business beat in Kansas City. Douglas began the journalism career at the Centralia Sentinel from 1988 to 1992, gaining experience as a city editor, reporter, sports writer, and copy editor. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Illinois State University.
