Norma R.

Norma R. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Norma recently held the position of Senior Director Human Resources at A&A Ready Mixed Concrete, starting in September 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Styles For Less, Inc. from December 2015 to January 2018. Norma also worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager - West Coast at Consolidated Container Company from January 2009 to December 2015.

Norma R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, from Capella University. Norma attended the university from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Norma has obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources.
