Ella Cressman

Ella Cressman is an accomplished skincare professional with extensive experience in international skincare education and a strong background in developing tailored curriculums. Currently serving as the International Education Executive at Lira Clinical since August 2019, Cressman also co-hosts the popular podcast Esty Talk and contributes to publications on skincare ingredients. As the owner of Ella Cress Skin Care, Cressman specializes in resurfacing and problem skin and mentors staff on corrective skincare methods. Previously, Cressman was the CEO and Founder of HHP Collective and held key positions in sales and education at Color Up Therapeutics and CBD Care Garden. Cressman's career includes earlier roles in territory management and education at Lira Cosmeceutical and IMAGE Skincare, alongside foundational experience in project coordination and accounts payable. Cressman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and various esthetics qualifications.
