DeMarquis Pisani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and risk management. DeMarquis started their career at FARA Insurance Services as a Claims Adjuster from 2004 to 2007. DeMarquis then moved to Pride International, where they worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster, handling maritime and general liability claims from 2007 to 2009. After the spin-off, they joined Seahawk Drilling as a Senior Claims Adjuster from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Blake International Rigs, LLC as an HR/Risk Manager, responsible for managing HR policies, recruitment, and benefits programs. In 2014, they transitioned to Associated Terminals as the Human Resources and Risk Manager until 2016 when they became the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. DeMarquis also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Turn Services starting in 2016. Overall, DeMarquis Pisani has demonstrated expertise in managing HR, risk, recruitment, and benefits programs in various organizations.
DeMarquis Pisani completed their high school education from Patterson High School between 1992 and 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2002.
