Joanna Lee

Joanna Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in language interpretation, customer service, and event management. Currently serving as a Team Assistant at The THRIVE Project, Joanna facilitates onboarding and training for new team members and manages inquiries on Slack. Joanna also holds positions as a Multilingual Customer Service Officer at Services Australia, where assistance is provided to CALD clients, and as a Mandarin Interpreter at both Western Sydney Local Health District and Multicultural NSW, offering interpretation services in medical and legal settings.
