Ashley Jones, SPHR

Ashley Jones, SPHR has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Ashley began their career in 2006 as an Account Executive at The User-Friendly Phone Book. In 2007, they became a Human Resources employee at Maxim Healthcare. In 2008, they were promoted to Human Resources Director at Good Samaritan Society. In 2011, they moved to Charah, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Chair-Best Places to Work at LSHRM. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Delta Dental of Kentucky, where they reported directly to the President and managed all areas of HR. In 2018, they moved to Paragon Rehabilitation as Director of Employee Services. In 2021, they became Director of Human Resources at Associates in Pediatric Therapy.

Ashley Jones, SPHR completed their education history with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville, and a high school diploma from Trimble County High. Additionally, they hold certifications in SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
