Cayley Pitman, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Student Ambassador at Somerset Community College in 2015. Cayley then worked as a 21st Century After School Program Tutor at Somerset Independent High School in 2015, followed by a Lifeguard position at Somersplash Waterpark in 2017. In 2018, they were a Human Resource Summer Intern at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc., and a Talent Recruiter for Kelly Services at Hitachi Automotive Systems America Inc. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Coordinator at Hitachi Automotive Systems, an Onsite Coordinator at Express Employment Professionals, and a Human Resources Intern at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. Cayley is currently a Human Resources Generalist at Hitachi Astemo, and will begin a new role as a Human Resources Generalist at Associates in Pediatric Therapy in 2022.

Cayley Pitman, SHRM-CP completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA from Somerset Community College in 2017. In 2021, they obtained SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
