Marti Simmons

Marti Simmons is currently the Director of Development and Growth Strategies at Association Development Group. Marti has over 20 years of experience in corporate affiliate relations, title abstracting, and legal assistant/office management.

Marti began their career as a legal assistant/office manager at Jones Ferradino, Attorneys at Law, where they worked for six years. Marti then became a title abstractor at Stewart Title Insurance Company, where they worked for four years. In 2011, they became the Corporate Affiliates Director and Deputy to the President and Founder at AHC Group Inc., where they cultivated a membership base of 35+ multinational firms and improved corporate financial success through the coordination of multiple annual business-to-business leadership workshops and monthly webinars focused on key issues businesses are facing.

In their current role as Director of Development and Growth Strategies at Association Development Group, Marti is responsible for fostering long-term engagement with clients and members from Fortune 100 companies. Marti also identifies improvements and implements change, both internally and for our clients, through effective research, benchmark studies, and trends analytics.

Marti Simmons has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose.
