Natasha Vorrasi

Natasha Vorrasi, CPsychol, is an accomplished Culture Consultant and Coach, and Co-Founder at HR LIVE since November 2023, and Co-Founder of Creative Bubbles By The Randoms since November 2024. With extensive experience as a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and Accredited Executive Coach at Change Coaching & Consulting since December 2020, Natasha also contributes as a Committee Member for the Division of Coaching Psychology at The British Psychological Society and serves as the Regional Head of Communication for the Association for Coaching (AC). Prior to these roles, Natasha held various senior HR positions at BNP Paribas from July 2002 to November 2020, including Head of Group Learning and Development and Transformation Leader. Natasha holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Gender Studies from the University of Adelaide.
