Weez Bonanno

Weez Bonanno is the Founder and 'Joy @ Work Coach' at Solaba, where effective partnerships are cultivated to enhance workplace joy through bespoke programs such as leadership coaching and facilitated workshops. As a Member of the Board of Advisors at ForestFoods LLC and a Member of the Association for Coaching, Weez is dedicated to promoting coaching excellence and advancing the coaching profession globally. Previous roles include consulting at Career Connections, leading product development at Cheli & Peacock Safaris, and managing camps within The Safari Collection. Weez's early career includes positions at Cook Islands Tourism Corporation, Pacific Resort Hotel Group, and Vipingo Ridge Ltd., complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and certifications in facilitation and executive coaching.
