Ed Mason - Smith

Ed Mason-Smith is an experienced Project and Programme Management professional based in Guernsey, currently serving as the Director of Project Services at CBO Projects since September 2017. Mason-Smith has a proven track record of successful project delivery, leading the development of internal and external maturity within CBO’s Project Services. Previously, Mason-Smith worked as a Senior Consultant at CBO, providing expertise on various projects and change initiatives for public and private sector clients. Additional roles include Programme Manager for the States of Guernsey and various positions at Centrica Energy, contributing to areas such as business control, commercial excellence, and performance analysis. Mason-Smith holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath and completed a program in Managing People at Henley Business School. Mason-Smith is also actively involved in the Association for Project Management, serving as Chair for the Channel Islands branch and participating in various committees.
