John Modola

John Modola has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director of Member Experience at Association Member Trust since February 2021. Prior to this role, John Modola held various managerial positions at MetLife from September 2000 to January 2021, including oversight of User Acceptance Testing for core applications and management of technology liaison business solutions. Additional responsibilities at MetLife included implementing billing and enrollment services for regional and national accounts, as well as leading a team of business analysts in developing and writing functional specifications. Earlier in John's career, from May 1985 to June 2000, John Modola managed underwriting functions at Home Life Insurance/Great West Life, overseeing new business underwriting and voluntary benefits, and handling financial accounting and reporting.
