Lisa Greenhill serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the American Association of Veterinary Medical Colleges since September 2004, overseeing the organization’s national research initiatives and providing strategic analysis to support advocacy and public relations. Previously, Lisa worked as the Government Relations Manager for the Association of Women's Health and Neonatal Nurses, coordinating legislative agendas on diverse health issues, and as a Government Relations Specialist for the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges, focusing on federal policy implementations. Lisa began their career as a Policy and Research Associate at the American Indian Higher Education Consortium. Currently pursuing an EdD in Higher Education and Organizational Change at Benedictine University, Lisa also holds an MPA in Public Policy and a BA in Government & Politics from George Mason University.
