Sharon Goldfarb

Sharon Goldfarb is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in leadership and education within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a DEI Advisor for Before3020, Inc. and the Founder of ACHIEVE Innovations, Sharon also contributes as Faculty for the Association of California Nurse Leaders, focusing on health equity and antiracism. Sharon has held various significant roles, including Lead Nursing Consultant for ThisIsOurShot, Program Director at HealthImpact, and Volunteer Faculty at UCSF Medical Center. Additionally, Sharon has served as President of the California Organization of Associate Degree Nursing and has worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Rotocare Clinic.
