Ellen Martin

Ellen Martin is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist II at the Association of California Water Agencies since April 2022, Ellen has also been a Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant at Purple Martin Social Strategies since September 2014. Previous roles include Media Specialist at the California Farm Bureau Federation and Outreach & Social Media Specialist at the Association of California Water Agencies, where Ellen developed social media strategies and content. Early in the career, Ellen held administrative positions at The Irvine Company and the CA State Assembly. Ellen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Journalism from California State University-Sacramento.
