Chelsea Shelley

Chelsea Shelley is a strategic and visionary leader with over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the membership and professional body sector. Currently serving as the Head of Member Engagement at ACCA since May 2023, Chelsea has a strong background in developing and implementing organizational strategies, marketing, communications, and branding. Previously, Chelsea held key positions at the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, including Chief Operations and Membership Officer, where effective member services and engagement strategies were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Leicester and a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Northampton.
