Christine Thom has an extensive background in HR transformation, payroll, and people systems, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of People Systems Payroll & Data and Head of HR Projects at ACCA since July 2018, Christine has previously held significant positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, Syngenta Crop Protection Inc, Xerox Services, and Aviva Europe, among others. Expertise includes managing global HR initiatives, implementing change management strategies, and developing operational efficiencies.
