Joe O’Regan

Joe has spent the majority of his career supporting international operations in both for-profit and non-profit settings. He has led finance and HR teams, international tax reporting, audit liaison teams, accreditation renewals for educational institutions, the implementation of emergency management response plans, and the establishment of an overseas presence in numerous countries.

Joe is the director of Global Support Services at Harvard University. In this role Joe and his team operate research centres across the globe, advise on operating overseas, and oversee the international safety and security program.

He also serves as both the vice president for Operations and the secretary for Harvard Global Research and Support Services Inc, as well as having various board appointments with Harvard Global and its overseas affiliates.

He serves as the ACCA chapter head for the Boston area and is an ACCA Europe and Americas Advocate of the Year Award winner.
