Eeva-Riitta Högnäs

Eeva-Riitta Högnäs is a seasoned legal professional specializing in public procurement and competition law, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate at Frontia Attorneys, where expertise was focused on procurement and competition law, and Legal Counsel at Business Finland, responsible for legal quality assurance in procurements.
