Elina Liippola

Elina Liippola is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities since August 2019. Previously, Elina held the role of Group Finance Manager at Incap Oyj from January 2017 to July 2019, contributing to an international contract manufacturing firm with operations across several countries. Prior to that, Elina served in various leadership positions at Componenta from January 2007 to December 2016, including Director of Business Controlling and Finance Director of Componenta Turkey. Elina's extensive experience in finance management also includes roles at Elcoteq, WAGGGS, and Oy Lunden Ab, among others, with an educational background that includes a Master of Science in Accounting from Turku School of Economics.
