Mustafa Erkan serves as a Partner at Erkan Partners Law Office since December 2019 and is the Founder of Turkey's Chapter for ENERAP/Energy Related Arbitration Practitioners, a role assumed in June 2021. As an academic, Mustafa Erkan has held various positions at the University of Marmara since July 2009, currently holding the title of Professor. In addition, Mustafa Erkan has contributed to the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) as a Member of the Education Advisory Board since January 2013.
