Kasey Portanova

Kasey Portanova is a Bachelor of Fine Arts student specializing in Medical Illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in 2025. Currently serving as Print Coordinator for Reporter Magazine since September 2022, Kasey creates thumbnails, client sketches, and final illustrations for publication in online and print media. Alongside this role, Kasey works as a Student Supervisor at the University Gallery - Vignelli Center for Design Studies and assists in the 2D Design II course. Kasey is also a Student Member of the Association of Medical Illustrators, and gained experience as a Visual Journalist Intern at The Scranton Times-Tribune. Previous employment includes roles as a Barista at Starbucks and an Art Teacher Assistant at Art School of NEPA.
