April Rueppel serves as the Vice President of the Marketing Training and Development Center at the Association of National Advertisers, where responsibilities include developing relationships with Chief Marketing Officers and senior leaders to assess training needs and deliver impactful training solutions. With over a decade of experience at the ANA, April has successfully managed the end-to-end delivery of more than 270 training programs, achieving an impressive average Net Promoter Score of 46. Previous roles include Senior Director positions in both Marketing and Member Relations at the ANA, and an Account Director role at HelloWorld, Inc. There is also extensive experience as an independent business consultant, along with project management and marketing roles in various organizations. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and International Entrepreneurship from California State University, Monterey Bay.
