Fiona Carter is the Director at Association of National Advertisers. Fiona has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and strategic communications.

Fiona started their career as a Marketing Development Manager at Bournemouth University. There they were responsible for the strategic marketing of the School of Health and Social Care. During their time there, they successfully increased student recruitment through the use of various marketing strategies and by utilising internal communications routes to raise the profile of customer service. In addition to this, they also developed the school’s brand and produced marketing collateral.

After six years at Bournemouth University, Fiona Carter took on the role of Countryside & Open Spaces Officer at Christchurch Borough Council. In this role, they reviewed management plans and implemented marketing campaigns to encourage greater involvement in sport and exercise. This included designing PR strategies and marketing collateral in Publisher. After a year in this role, Fiona Carter moved on to their current position as Director at Association of National Advertisers.

Fiona Carter has a professional diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a certificate in life coaching from Newcastle College, and a bachelor's degree in international relations and politics from Staffordshire University.
