Abii Phillips

Abii Phillips is currently serving as a Policy Officer with the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners, focusing on the Criminal Justice System and Local Policing. Prior experience includes a role as a Policy Assistant at Chatham House, where Abii contributed to the Common Futures Conversations initiative aimed at empowering young voices in Africa and Europe. Abii also worked as a Research Assistant at Policy Connect, engaging with education and skills projects, and completed a summer internship at the House of Commons, gaining insights into policy creation through shadowing Barry Sheerman. Academically, Abii holds a Master’s degree in Terrorism and Political Violence from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy from the University of York.
