Jonathan Becton has over 14 years of experience in various HR and talent acquisition roles across multiple industries. Their recent experience includes being the Director of Talent Acquisition at Juul Labs and Head of Technology Recruiting at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Jonathan also worked for OpenAI as a Member of Recruiting Staff. Previously, they were the Talent Acquisition Leader for Global Operations at JUUL Labs and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Gap Inc. Jonathan started their career at Target as a Financial Planning Analyst and held leadership positions in Georgetown University and Randstad.
