Felicia Dennison, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Felicia most recently served as the Director of Examination Administration at the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards starting from July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Culligan Water Conditioning as the Executive Director from April 2012 until July 2018. Felicia also gained experience at Bank of America as a Vault Teller from June 2008 to January 2012. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Great Eastern Resort Corp from May 2004 to August 2008.

Felicia Dennison, MBA has a solid education background with degrees in psychology, business administration, and organizational leadership. Felicia earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mary Baldwin University from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University, completing it from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Felicia is working towards their Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership at Liberty University, a program they started in 2020 and expects to complete by 2025.
