Amal Ali

Amal Ali is a seasoned healthcare professional serving as a Patient Care Supervisor at Allina Health since October 2019, and also chairs the BIPOC Employee Resource Group within the organization. Involved in community education, Amal has presented at the 2022 AWHONN conference, addressing the challenges faced by BIPOC women in obstetric and neonatal health. Previous experience includes a role as a clinical nurse leader at Sidra Medicine and as a Registered Nurse at Sharp HealthCare. Amal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and Community Health Education from San Diego State University and graduated from Kearny High School.
