Anne-Laure Crouy

Anne-Laure Crouy is a professional with extensive experience in education, coaching, and facilitation. Currently serving as an Animatrice / formatrice at Awayke since June 2020, Anne-Laure focuses on empowering young individuals in France to discover their potential. Additionally, as a Facilitatrice de marches at Marche & rêve since January 2021, Anne-Laure leads nature-based experiences for personal and collaborative project development. At emlyon business school, Anne-Laure serves as a vacataire teacher, guiding students in career skills such as CV optimization and interview preparation. With a background in training and development, Anne-Laure also provides coaching through theatrical improvisation at IMPROACTIF Formations-Evènements and facilitates philosophical workshops for primary school children through the Association SEVE. Anne-Laure's previous roles include consultancy in management and innovation, founding an online boutique for children, and positions in marketing for companies like BUNZL France and Unilever.
