Eleonora Giroldi

Eleonora Giroldi is an experienced sommelier, currently working at Ristorante Daniel since August 2018 and with the Associazione Italiana Sommelier since July 2017. Prior to these roles, Eleonora served as Commis di sala at Villa Prato from June 2017 to August 2018 and gained retail experience as a Commessa at IperSoap from June 2016 to May 2017. Early in the career, Eleonora worked as an Assistente all’infanzia at an Asilo nido in late 2015. Eleonora holds a diploma in Sommelier from AIS, completed between 2016 and 2017.
