Raffaele Papi is a seasoned professional in the field of food and beverage, currently serving as Delegato and Vice Presidente at AIS Marche since July 2015, as well as Responsabile Gruppo di Servizio. Raffaele has also been a Docente for Associazione Italiana Sommelier since February 2011, focusing on Alogastronomia and the pairing of food and beer. Raffaele’s extensive experience includes working at Papi's bar since April 1994 as Garzone unico and serving as Lumacologo at Lumacaia col d'serce since December 2006.
