Aida Boukottaya

Aida Boukottaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Digital at Assura since January 2019, Aida oversees digital projects and tools. Prior roles include Head of Business Applications and Processes at Manpower Switzerland (January 2015 - December 2018), where Aida led teams in managing business processes and applications, and Business Transformation Manager at Orange Switzerland (January 2010 - January 2015), focusing on project and process management for consumer sales channels. Aida’s early career includes positions as a Project Manager and Team Leader at EPFL, where implementations involved knowledge management systems, and a brief tenure as a Professor at the University of Lausanne. Aida holds a PhD in Information Systems and Document Engineering from EPFL and degrees in communication systems and computer science engineering.
