Caroline Joye is an experienced economist with a diverse background in statistical studies and public policy evaluation. Currently serving in the role of Etudes statistiques de l'assurance at Assuralia since September 2017, Caroline is responsible for periodic and ad-hoc studies related to non-life insurance, including an annual employment study in the Belgian insurance sector. Previously, Caroline worked at the Brussels Institute for Statistics and Analysis from February 2012 to May 2016, focusing on public policy evaluation and regional monitoring. Other positions held include economist roles at the European Commission, Elia, and UPEDI, as well as a research assistant at Université libre de Bruxelles. Caroline holds an Advanced Master in Economics from KU Leuven and a Master's in Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles.
