Ameen Khan

Ameen Khan is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity education. Currently serving as a Penetration Tester at EY since September 2020, Ameen also holds the Pro-Hacker rank as a CTF Player at Hack The Box since March 2019. Ameen previously contributed as a Cyber Security Teaching Assistant at Rice University from April 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included training students in networking, incident response, and ethical hacking. Earlier roles include a Computer Lab IT Assistant at the University of Houston-Downtown from August 2016 to May 2020, where technical issues were diagnosed and resolved, as well as a Programming Mentor at Google for a short-term project in June 2017 that involved teaching high school students essential programming skills. Ameen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown, completed in 2020.
